Manufacturing Capabilities
Unpressurized Prepreg Processing
Curing of pre-impregnated materials without pressure. Structural part production with precise temperature control.
Prepreg Processing with Autoclave
Autoclave cure at aerospace-standard pressure and temperature. Advanced composite structural parts and honeycomb sandwich structures (BAC 5317-4, BAC 5317-5).
Wet Methods (Wet Lay-up)
Hand lay-up with resin-impregnated fabric and vacuum-assisted cure. Flexible production for prototypes and medium-series parts.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Ultrasonic inspection (BAC 5980) for composite parts and structures. NAS 410 Level 3 ultrasonic personnel certification.
Painting and Finishing
Paint shop and dryer booth to aerospace standards. Protective and decorative surface coating.
CNC Core Machining
Precision CNC machining of honeycomb and composite core materials. Complex geometries with 5-axis series.

Production Lines
Six Specialized Production Lines
PCB & Electronics Assembly
High-precision SMT pick-and-place lines for autopilot boards, ESC controllers, and avionics modules. Each board undergoes automated optical inspection (AOI) and functional testing before integration.
Composite Layup & Autoclave
Unpressurized and autoclave prepreg processing, wet lay-up, ultrasonic NDT, painting and finishing, CNC core machining. Toray T700/T800 carbon fiber prepreg cured in 2.5 m–3.6 m autoclaves to aerospace standards (BAC 5317, NADCAP). We produce airframes with strength-to-weight ratios exceeding aerospace requirements.
CNC Machining Center
5-axis CNC machines produce precision-machined aluminum motor mounts, gimbal brackets, and structural connectors with tolerances of ±0.02mm.
Battery Pack Assembly
Custom Li-Ion cell selection, spot welding, and BMS integration in a climate-controlled clean room. Each pack is individually cycle-tested and thermally profiled.
Final Assembly & Integration
Complete aircraft assembly including wiring harnesses, avionics integration, motor mounting, and control surface calibration. Every unit goes through a 120-point checklist.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Vibration testing, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, environmental stress screening, and pre-delivery flight testing on our private airstrip.

Zero-Compromise Quality
Every component, sub-assembly, and final product undergoes rigorous multi-stage inspection. Our Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2015 certified and aligned with AS9100D aerospace standards.
Incoming Material Inspection
Raw materials and components are verified against specifications upon arrival. Certificates of conformity are required from all suppliers.
In-Process Inspection
Critical dimensions, weights, and electrical parameters are checked at each production stage using calibrated instruments.
Final Acceptance Testing
Complete functional test including flight controller boot-up, sensor calibration, motor spin-up, and communication link verification.
Pre-Delivery Flight Test
Every aircraft is flight-tested by our test pilots before shipment. Flight telemetry data is archived for traceability.
